*** Breaking news ***
We have moved to France on the 1st of November 2019 !!!
I was recently appointed as a permanent researcher at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and joined the institute for INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND VECTORS:  ECOLOGY, GENETICS, EVOLUTION AND CONTROL
(MIVEGEC-IRD, CNRS, University of Montpellier) in Montpellier, FRANCE.

Research interest

Our group research interested in understanding how populations and species responded and some time adapted to changes in their environmental or ecological conditions. For that purpose, we are analyzing genome-wide patterns of variation within and between species to address fundamental questions in biology, anthropology, and medicine. Our group work on a variety of organisms ranging from marine mammals, human, and domesticated plants to pathogens and mosquitoes. Our research interest lies at the interface of ecology, evolutionary biology, computational biology, mathematical genetics.
